Module 1

Video released: June 29th

Call the week of July 3rd, weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm

Module 1 will give you the context you need for our work together and help you set goals for the program. This will give us important context for where you are aiming to go with this story work.

Module 2

Video released on: July 13th

Call the week of July 17th, weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm

Module 2 is about Life Mapping. The video will provide instructions for our life mapping process. Life mapping allows participants to uncover and reflect on their lives in a broad way and begin considering which elements of your map have relevance for your story of leadership.

Module 3

Video released: July 27th

Call the week of August 1st, weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm

Module 3 is about reflecting on all the stories, people, places and experiences you uncovered in your life map, and determining what values and beliefs you’ve garnered from those experiences. You will identify specific values to “stress test” and determine which value is really most central to you and your life’s work.

Module 4

Video released: August 10th

Call the week of August 14th weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm

Module 4 will help you identify your audience and the impact you want to have with your story. We use a guided visualization to help you hone in on your ideal audience and the experience you want to have with that audience. After the visualization, you will begin to research where you want to share your story in the world.

Module 5

Video released: August 24th

Call the week of September 4th, weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm (NOTE: No call the last week of August)

Module 5 will provide an overview of the "Public Narrative" technique and the center of the "Stories are Power" curriculum. In this module we provide an overview of the three sections of the technique and take a deep dive into "Story of Self." This is where the rubber meets the road and you start preparing your speech.

Module 6

Video released: September 14th

Call the week of September 18th

Module 6 provides an overview of the Story of Us and Story of Now. In this module we provide an overview for how to connect your story to your audience and then engage them in your vision. You will be asked to post a complete draft of your narrative after this module and revise it a few times before the closing module.

Closing Module

90-minute closing video call on the week of October 2nd, weekday from 4:15pm-5:00pm

You will leave this course with a final, edited draft and a plan for where you will share your story!! CONGRATS on going big with your story and your leadership. Your voice and your experience are truly unique and carry a specific wisdom, thank you for sharing!!
